Asia Sports Ventures Pte Ltd (ASV) confirms that in October this year, it commenced a civil suit in the High Court of Singapore against its former employee Mr Venu Ganesh Naidu Ramadas. The lawsuit is for various breaches of his employment contract with ASV, which include misappropriation of company funds amounting to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) 45,000.00, inducing breach of contract, and breaches of confidentiality and non-competition obligations
