Arbitrator orders NFL to return more than $100m held back from players

National Football League (NFL) clubs are expected to see a noticeable rise in their salary caps from the 2016 season after an arbitrator ruled that the league was unjustly retaining more than $100m (€89.5m) from the shared revenue pool it splits with its players, according to multiple reports.
