The escalating dispute over the future direction of European club basketball stepped up a notch today (Tuesday) after the International Basketball Federation (Fiba) confirmed it has filed a complaint to the European Commission (EC) against Euroleague Properties SA, a subsidiary of Euroleague Commercial Assets (ECA).
