CAS clears violinist Vanessa-Mae in Olympic fixing case

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has cleared Vanessa-Mae of allegations she helped to fix Alpine skiing races in order to qualify for the 2014 winter Olympic Games, with the celebrity musician stating the verdict has exposed a “sham investigation” undertaken by the International Ski Federation (FIS).
