Chelsea Women spun off as separate entity by Boehly’s Blueco

Chelsea FC has transferred control of its women’s team to Blueco, the holding company used by Todd Boehly’s Clearlake consortium to buy the Premier League club in May 2022, in a move that could help it meet the Premier League’s Profitability and Sustainability Rules (PSR).
