Fifa has blocked $20m (€18.5m) in funding to the South American Football Confederation (Conmebol) and Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (Concacaf) in the latest blow to the governing bodies at the centre of the corruption scandal that has enveloped the world game.
