Court upholds decision to fine Polsat over Euro 2016 coverage

A Polish court has upheld a decision that will see domestic pay-television operator Cyfrowy Polsat pay a multi-million Euro fine after making it difficult for viewers to watch Euro 2016 matches free of charge on German public broadcasters ARD and ZDF.
