CSA states World Cup lawsuit over artificial turf has ‘no merit’

The Canadian Soccer Association (CSA) has rejected claims that its plan to use artificial turf during the country’s hosting of the 2015 Fifa Women’s World Cup is gender discriminatory, adding that a lawsuit filed by a leading group of international players over the matter has “no merit”.
