ECB commercial chief Calder hired as Premiership Rugby seeks ‘relaunch’

Premiership Rugby has outlined plans to “relaunch” the top tier of English club rugby union, with Rob Calder, commercial director of the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB), having been recently appointed to aid this process.
