EPFL takes on new identity, tackles competitive imbalance, transfer window

The Association of European Professional Football Leagues (EPFL) has rebranded to ‘European Leagues’ as the organisation today (Friday) spelled out its intention to take a stronger stance on competitive balance in the continental game, as well as introduce a universal deadline for the summer transfer window.
