EUROPEAN GOLF?S FINANCES COME UNDER SCRUTINY FROM TOP PLAYERS

Europe?s top golfers are demanding an audit be carried out to probe the finances of the European Tour, going back over the last 20 years. A letter signed by more than fifty players will be sent to Ken Schofield, the Tour?s executive director, asking that Andersen Consulting be allowed to investigate the financial history of the professional game?s ruling body.
