EU’s top court upholds competition ruling in long-running ISU case

The European Court of Justice (ECJ) has today (Thursday) dismissed an appeal lodged by the International Skating Union (ISU) over rules governing the staging of so-called breakaway events in a near decade-long case that could have wider implications for sport as a whole.
