Ex-Colombian Football Federation leader makes Qatari World Cup bribe claims

Former Colombian Football Federation (FCF) president Luis Bedoya has testified that a sports marketing executive told him up to $15m (€12.9m) in bribe payments was available to South American officials from Qatari sources ahead of the vote to decide the destination of the 2022 Fifa World Cup.
