Fifa, football’s global governing body, has unveiled the timetable for the 2026 World Cup bidding process and pledged to release $10m (€8.8m) in funding to the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (Concacaf) when the scandal-hit organisation meets certain conditions.
