IAAF approves more Russian athletes, Isinbayeva steps down as Rusada chief

The International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) has approved the applications of a further three Russians to compete as neutral athletes, but has rejected bids from a further 28, as two-time Olympic pole vault champion Yelena Isinbayeva said she has resigned as chair of the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (Rusada).
