The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has today (Wednesday) sanctioned Russian bobsledders Aleksandr Kas’yanov, Aleksei Pushkarev and Iivir Khuzin amid the ongoing fallout from the doping scandal surrounding the 2014 winter Olympic Games in Sochi.
