IOC delays decision on 2030 Winter Olympics, assessing future of event

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has delayed an announcement on hosting rights for the 2030 Winter Olympics so it can study a report from its Future Host Commission which proposes the idea of rotating the event within a pool of hosts.
