LaLiga clubs post loss of €140m, income exceeds €4.8bn

LaLiga, the organising body of the top two tiers of Spanish football, has announced that club income for the 2021-22 season totalled €4.84bn ($5.34bn) as the return of fans to stadiums saw the figure move closer to pre-pandemic levels, although the organisation still posted a loss of €140.1m.
