Laporte questioned in French probe, denounces attempted ‘coup’

Bernard Laporte, president of the French Rugby Federation (FFR), has been questioned by police as part of an ongoing inquiry into claims he favoured Top 14 club Montpellier, which is owned by his friend, billionaire Mohed Altrad.
