Law firm issues report on 2006 World Cup bidding scandal

Law firm Freshfields today (Friday) said that no evidence of vote-rigging has been found in the process that awarded Germany hosting rights for the 2006 Fifa World Cup, but added that it cannot be ruled out completely.
