Liverpool lifts lid on ‘transformational’ Commonwealth Games plan

The English city of Liverpool has today (Friday) unveiled a “transformational” plan for the 2022 Commonwealth Games that includes an innovative aquatics facility, usage of Premier League football club Everton’s proposed new stadium and cricket and cycling to be staged in the nearby city of Manchester.
