NBA lines up Charlotte for All-Star Game after change in LGBT policy

North American basketball league the NBA has said Charlotte will be eligible to host its 2019 All-Star Game after the city’s home state of North Carolina agreed a compromise deal to replace a law that limited anti-discrimination protections for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people.
