NO FRANCHISE MOVES UNTIL LABOUR AGREEMENT, SAYS SELIG

Baseball commissioner Bud Selig has said it is too late for any teams to move for the 2001 season and questioned whether any franchises moves could occur before major changes are made in the economic arrangements among major league teams and between owners and the players' association.
