Players’ union hits out as opening NHL regular-season games are called off

National Hockey League (NHL) Players' Association executive director Don Fehr criticised NHL owners last night after the first two weeks of the 2012-13 season were scratched from the schedule due to the lack of a revenue-sharing agreement in ice hockey’s top league.
