An economic impact assessment from professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers has estimated that clubs in the top two tiers of Spanish football face a collective reduction of around €1bn ($1.2bn) in net revenues across the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
