Singapore pulls out of Asian Champs League over foreigner ruling

The Football Association of Singapore (FAS) has pulled out of next year's Asian Champions League (ACL). The city-state's football governing body chief Zainudin Nordin said it would be difficult for the FAS to meet the revamped ACL's rule that the top league of any national association should not contain any foreign teams.
