Maxim Vylegzhanin, a three-time silver medallist at the 2014 winter Olympics, has been handed a life ban from future Games by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), alongside three other cross-country skiers, as part of the latest sanctions concerning Russian doping offences at the event.
