South American trio formalise bidding pact for 2030 World Cup

Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay have formalised a pact to launch a joint bid for the 2030 Fifa World Cup, saying they are confident that the ongoing fallout from the corruption scandal within football in the Americas will not impact the effort.
