Robert Sarver, majority owner of the National Basketball Association's Phoenix Suns and Women's National Basketball Association's Phoenix Mercury, has been suspended for a year by the National Basketball Association and given a $10m (€10m) fine following a formal investigation into a series of explosive racism and misogyny allegations.
