Traffic founder details role in football bribery scandal

Jose Hawilla, founder of the Traffic agency, has described how his business was party to a $10m (€8.6m) bribe paid to ex-Concacaf president Jeffrey Webb to secure rights to last year’s Copa America Centenario.
