Uefa considering ‘radical plan’ to cap club transfer spending

European governing body Uefa is considering the introduction of a cap on the total amount that clubs can spend on player transfers and wages in a single season amid concerns that new spending regulations will not stop English Premier League clubs from dominating the summer transfer market.
