Union confirms World Cup deal in North Korea

The Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union has confirmed a TV deal for 2010 World Cup coverage in seven countries, including North Korea. A Saturday re-run of the opening game between South Africa and Mexico by the North Korean Central Broadcast Service raised suspicions the country would be pirating the signal from South Korea.
