Olivier Niggli, the director general of the World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada), has said that Russia is failing to fulfil conditions set out by the organisation’s Roadmap to Compliance after the anti-doping body claimed on Friday that it had obtained data confirming allegations from the Richard McLaren report of widespread doping by the country’s athletes.
