Women’s Premier League franchises fetch $572m for BCCI

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has today (Wednesday) announced the successful bidders for franchises in its new Women’s Premier League T20 competition, with the five teams having sold for a collective INR 4669.99 crores (€527m/$572m).
