College Basketball's biggest rivalry and most-anticipated match-up of the year took an ugly turn for shoe manufacturer Nike on Wednesday night. Duke superstar Zion Williamson, an 18-year-old freshman projected to be the top pick in this summer's NBA Draft was injured when his shoe blew out inside the first minute of the game when he tried to spin after planting his left foot. Williamson missed the remainder of the game and Duke lost.
